Phở Khuyên
Why worth it
- A pho specialist with a very small number of reviews so far — likely a newer or lesser-known local spot
- Rated 4.2, suggesting a positive early reputation among the few who have reviewed it
- Worth trying if youre after a quieter, more local alternative to Sapas bigger-name restaurants

• Flavor (Broth): The biggest plus point is the broth. The characteristic sweet and savory flavor comes from simmering bones for a long time, without excessive MSG, maintaining its clarity and natural aroma. This is the soul of long-standing pho restaurants. • Atmosphere: The "antique" atmosphere creates a very unique culinary experience. Amidst the cool Sapa weather, sitting in a space marked by time, rustic wood, and simplicity makes the bowl of pho feel warmer and more delicious than in modern restaurants. • Style: Truly "local." These restaurants are usually not overly elaborate in presentation but pay extreme attention to the quality of the meat (fresh beef or free-range chicken) and the soft, smooth rice noodles.
The pho is delicious; I come here to eat every year when I come here. The wooden house is decorated in a very unique way. They often play heroic war music. Outside, there's a guy selling coffee for 25,000 VND per cup. Delicious, fantastic.
- The broth wasn't tasty, the beef was a bit tough and not very fresh. - Service was okay. - The restaurant was quite cramped and dirty.
Sahex is delicious.
The broth wasn't sweet, and the beef was tough. The restaurant was dirty and the music was playing too loudly.
