One of the most interesting dishes we’ve had in Hanoi. We had a chicken noodle dish that completely surprised. Not the typical white rice noodles, but these slightly grey, almost glass-like noodles that had absorbed all the flavor of the broth. At first glance unusual, but once you try it: 👉 incredible texture, super light, packed with flavor. Combined with tender chicken, fresh herbs and crunchy peanuts, it creates this perfect balance of lightness, umami and texture. Something we’ve honestly never seen in Europe. That’s exactly why we travel: to discover dishes like this that quietly blow your mind. Not fancy, not made for tourists - just real, thoughtful, insanely good food. Highly recommended 🐓🍜

My friend and I got two different meals so we could share the local way, back of chopsticks for tasting friends dish, spoon no problems. It was such great pho and staff are super friendly! I will be back before I leave Hanoi. Thank you!

I found this place because its near from my airbnb. Surprisingly, the taste is very good. I've tried dry pho (pho ga tron) from another michelin brand, but i like this one. My favorite is the pho ga tron (dry pho), i ate three times during my Hanoi trip. The soup (pho ga) also good, the broth is very tasty. Dont forget to order Quay for extra crisp texture. Plus point, the lady whom serving me is always smiling and helpful.

This was my first stop on a Hanoi food tour and we had the Phở gà trộn and it was delicious, lots of flavor. Later in the week, after a night out, I was here having the Phở gà at 6am and it hit the spot! Love the flavors and the staff are so sweet.

🍜 🍗 🌿 Classic chicken pho, this place is adored by locals and tourists alike. The broth is comforting and delicious and the noodles are soft. The quay/ fried breadsticks are a nice addition. I also like to add an egg. This is a great option if you’re in the area. They also have a second floor.
