Bánh đa trộn chợ Châu Long

Wow, this 'Banh da tron' spot can definitely give the famous Phung Hung one a run for its money! The bowl here is packed with crab tomalley (gạch cua), and the flat rice noodles are absolutely massive—though they should blanch them a bit longer so they’re less chewy. As for the toppings, it just has the classics like beef, pork roll, and fish cake, but the whole combo is incredibly addictive. Plus, even though it’s located inside a market, the space is spacious, clean, and has plenty of parking. At 50k, it’s a bit on the pricier side, but I still highly recommend you guys give it a try.

Fresh food here. We did some shopping for vegetables, oil, sauces , eggs. Great prices and the vendors that actually were interested and wanted to serve us were lovely. They all explained the Vietnamese names for us . Others couldn't be bothered to get off their phones but each to their own . We will go back during our week in an apartment close by .

Delightful...good flavours, noodle texture was al'dente, overall very satisfying. Don't be out off by the market vibe.
