I went here based on a locals recommendation on the topic Streetfood. So far, it was one of the best Phơ I tried in Old Quarters. Get the Wine-vinegar beef phơ. Price is 50k ~2USD. Service is super fast. Bit noisy, but it's street food, haha.
I have sốt vàng here everyone. The beef melts in your mouth and the broth/sauce is so tasty. Very reasonably priced
A truly taste of Hanoi, but I wish beef was sliced thinner. You can hit in the middle of the night when all food stalls already close. Open till 4am. Direct street view, be prepared for the noise.
Beef Pho was great. Bustling place. Great pricing as well. Open till late hours.
I am not a fan of street food but if you need a real Phở Hà Nội at night, phở Thật is a good choice. Starting at around late afternoon until early morning next day, phở Thật is a well-known place for Hanoian in old quarter. Highly recommend phở sốt vang (Vietnamese beef stew) for a winter night.
