Phở Khôi Hói

Super satisfied. Be ready to wait a little. The place is small but people never stop coming. Excellent flavors not light. The broth is rich. Dont forget to add some pickled garlic and at the end some homemade Sriracha 😋. Finish it with a kick.

Had two bowls; Pho Tai Chin and Pho Loi. Broth was light with depth. Seasoning is done just right, and more enjoyable with the black pepper, then pickled garlic, and hot sauce. The meat was just tender enough, not like some other place that offers quite tough meats. Worthy of the Michelin Guide (2024). Money is collected right upon order.

Our last full day in Vietnam, we decided to try one of the Michelin recommended spots, as we’ve been going to smaller local spots throughout the trip. The broth was very flavourful, and had lots of meat. The pickled garlic + the vinegar is all you need to add for a perfect bowl

I really enjoyed my meals here. The broth was very tasty and I consider it to be an excellent bowl of pho. To have this spot located near to my hotel was a treat!

We randomly found this spot on Google Maps and are so glad we did because it ended up being one of the best phở we had in Hanoi. The street was buzzing, full of energy, and the whole experience felt very local and alive. The broth was beautifully clear yet incredibly flavorful, rich without being heavy. Comforting, balanced, and exactly what you want from a proper bowl of phở. Seating tip: grab a drink from one of the neighbouring tea stalls and you can usually sit there while eating your phở. It adds to the street atmosphere and makes the whole experience even better. Would absolutely come back.
