Best Banh mi I had in Hanoi. So flavoursome and fresh. If you're hungry, definitely get the extra meat. Authentic experience with the little plastic chairs to sit and eat inside or great for a takeaway if you're exploring the city
Sooo so good! One of most full Banh Mi's we've had! It has veggies and coriander and a delicious chilli sauce. Big recommendation!
The Bami bread was okay—I ate about half. Honestly, it didn’t really stand out and felt pretty average. Maybe my bánh mì standards are just high, but I did enjoyed most of the ones I had in Ho Chi Minh City more.
Had to come back again to eat this amazing sandwich. Id been told by a local it was their fav and I see why. I’d eaten one from the famous Bahn mi 25 this morning but still Bami is my fav. Don’t get me wrong- they are both insane. Barn mi 25 uses crunchier bread but to me the overall taste balance at Bami is better. And NO QUEUING !!!! Small point really but the seating is scant at Bami- easy solution - grab a cold beer from right next door and head 2 mins and sit by the lake. I gave 5 stars for atmosphere because the staff are awesome and the vibe of the store/ area is completely legit. Ps NO VEGETARIAN OPTION and the signature Cha Sui was all I tried (all I needed).
Really enjoyed the fresh baguette and crispy crackling on the roast pork. Order came fast, and seats were comfortable (somewhat higher than the normal squatting stools) Tried several banh mi's in Vietnam. While it's a chain store, it would then seem that I prefer chain store banh mi. Perhaps its a question of preference, and I prefer southern Saigon style banh mi to the Hanoi cold cuts style.
