Our local food guide, Lien, took us here for one of our stops to try the freshest fried spring roll we had while in Hanoi. I’m so impressed with how hard these street vendors while working on the street. Worth a stop and there a lot several different items to try .
We were on a food tour our 2nd night in Hanoi and our guide Duc brought us here for THE BEST SPRING ROLLS, made right in front of you and so delicious! We just got back in town today and immediately picked up spring rolls and prawns! DELICIOUS and a must try!
Spring roll really taste good. Freshly cooked and full of flavor. I do not know what the name of the yellow roll, but taste like prawn salad. Highly recommended when you in old quarter.
Fried spring rolls are filled with juicy shredded pork, cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms to create slender, smooth, and delicate packages. I fry them until golden and the wrappers are shatteringly crispy at first bite. Especially, it's only 35 cent or 8.000vnd
Extremely delicious and perfectly seasoned springrolls! I found out about this place from YouTube and it didn’t disappoint. I do however wish the springrolls were crispier. The oil was also very dark when I visited which was slightly off putting however I would still return for the springrolls in a heartbeat. The shrimp cake was refried upon ordering. Four springrolls and one shrimp cake cost me 60,000 VND.
