This is a legit local Vietnamese spot I we stumbled upon while being surrounded by tourist traps. They offer fresh beef rice wraps, fried tofu with lots of leek, bbq pork dripped in flavor and tap beer that is pump on the side of the road. The place is a must visit if you are in the area. Skip the local “bars” in the area and enjoy beer with a good meal nearby.
my local friends brought me here and checked this place out! It’s incredibly popular and stays crowded, which definitely piqued my curiosity. I tried a dish with fermented shrimp paste for the first time, it’s a very bold, unique flavor that won’t be for everyone, but I found it really decent. overall, giving it a 4/5 because of this uniqueness
Just a heads-up guys, the bún đậu toppings here are sold by the plate. If you just get the basic rice noodles, tofu, and green rice patties (chả cốm), it’s only 30k. But if you want to add boiled pork, it’ll cost you at least another 50k. That’s why I think it’s best to come here in a big group so you can split the food—it's way cheaper and you won't get too stuffed!
This place is a gem! Service is superb Food is heaven So authentic A must visit in Hanoi We are taking our dinner here every night Thank u
A must-try spot for an authentic taste of Hanoi's street food. The full platter, with crispy fried tofu, fresh vermicelli, and crunchy pork sausage, offers a fantastic mix of textures. Be adventurous and dip everything into the signature mắm tôm (fermented shrimp paste)—it's the real deal! It's a truly local experience perfect for any expat food lover.
