We were immedietelly recommended dishes 2, 3 and 5 and they were all simply perfectly cooked goat. A bit difficult to eat the one with lemongrass because of all the minced lemongrass. Great side dishes and sauces. The lemon tea was outstanding, an absolute out of this world banger. And the dessert, pineapple with chili, hit the right spot. Insane atmosphere with a lot of locals and a religious group eating and singing religious songs all the time. Great and helpful staff and almost too quick service. It was very good.

If you're in Ninh Binh you have to eat goat, it's the specialty of the province. The restaurant is on a little dirt road, it's easy to miss the turn when you're on the main road. The decor is all bamboo, which gives a nice touch. Menu proposes a large choice of dishes, but it surprisingly missing some of the most famous, such as the goat on hot stones steamed with beer or the balls wrapped in fat. Anyway, what we ordered was tasty and the portions are big enough.

Great regional restaurant with excellent goat dishes. I had goat with lemongras, which was great. The service ladies took special care and showed us how to prepare the dish. I really appreciated it and will recommend this restaurant for Excellent local food.

the most authentic restaurant of our trip in Vietnam! It's a bit hidden, but definitely worth it. The staff was extremely friendly and put you at ease - they kindly explained and showed us how to eat what to ordered. Food was just amazing, we had goat which is very typical of this area. Super recommended!
