This Bahn Mi was very westernized. Mine had no traditional spices and used ketchup and mayo instead of the usual sauce. It was more like a Subway sandwich than a Bahn Mi, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
Terrible Banh Mi! We had grilled pork banh mi and it was full of small bones, covered in Mayo and overall not at all enjoyable. There is better out there.
Loved it so much we went twice. Best egg banh mi on the trip so far. So fresh, juicy and full of flavor. Beats the famous Anthony Bourdain spot in Hoi An any day :)

Banh mi was nice and made to order. But charged 20k for one with egg and cheese, couldn’t be bothered to argue.
