⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) “Bánh Canh Nam Phổ” is a long-standing traditional specialty from Nam Phổ village, famous for its thick shrimp and crab broth with a distinctive reddish-orange color and chewy, soft noodles. The dish reflects the craftsmanship of local villagers—originally a humble street food sold by vendors, it has gradually become a culinary pride of Huế thanks to its careful and meticulous preparation. Food: Worth trying. The flavor is slightly on the sweeter side. Since it’s a traditional dish, there’s not much to critique, but it may not suit everyone’s taste. Staff: Not very friendly or attentive. Price: Around 20,000 VND per dish, which is affordable, but the portion is quite small. Atmosphere: Acceptable, nothing particularly special. Service: I was asked to order immediately before even settling down, which felt rushed. This definitely needs improvement. Overall: A famous destination for visitors, and something you should try at least once for the experience.

Ordered one of everything. Banh canh Crab noodles interesting, quite gluggy in consistency. Favourite was the white discs with pork crackle and fried onion on top.

We stopped here on our way to another restaurant and were super glad we did! The bánh canh was very delicious!! The flavor and texture were wonderful, along with the meatballs inside. We tried a few other dishes and also enjoyed the flavors! Tasty food at a great price!

Maybe we came at a bad time/day but the only the banh canh was good. Actually the mung bean and soy milk were good too

Bánh căn is really good, especially the thick and dense crab-rich broth together with the crab cake. But the banh bot loc is not really special. It serves cold.
