Bún Giấm Nuốc
Opening Hours
Why worth it
- Serves bun giam nuoc, a lesser-known Hue noodle dish with a distinctive vinegar-forward broth
- Very few reviews so far — likely a genuinely local, under-the-radar spot
- Worth trying specifically because this dish rarely appears on tourist-facing menus

ngon thấy mồ! bloody delicious! this is one of Hue's delicacies... Noodles with Jellyfish! definitely worth a try as these guys do this dish so well! fresh herbs, braised prawn, fish cakes, vermicelli and of course the crunchy yet firm jellyfish! its a pretty small spot - side street (corner street really) style. its super popular as there was only one table left for me to sit! - the turn over is pretty quick though you are more or less sitting outside, under cover. a very local style eating spot and so worth it!
This one is for completists. A rarely found bowl of noodles with jellyfish and prawn crackers apparently only available in summer and in just a handful of places in Hue, so if it's your quest to try all the different noodle dishes in Vietnam, definitely search this one out. It's tasty too. 30k
Unique and delicious. If you like sour flavors, you should add some lemon juice; it's guaranteed to be incredibly stimulating. The restaurant is very easy to find, right at the foot of Gia Hoi Bridge.
