If you are looking for the bun bo Huế likes the ones in the US then this place is not it. I had the Dac Biet - 60k, not bad but wouldn’t come back.
The soup is delicious and rich in flavor. The shrimp balls have crab meat inside. The pork leg is boiled until soft and fragrant. I will definitely come back to eat again. It's delicious. I recommend it.
1 bún bò chả cua (beef + crab meat ball) for VND40.000 is a reasonable price for the quality, which is very flavorful and savory for a frequent tourist destination. Also, this place serves the best crab meatball I’ve ever had in Hue by far.
My friend took me here because he's been coming here for years! It's one of his to-go spots for authentic bun bo hue. And he was right. I had one of the best bun bo ever. Its flavors were very unique and special. I added more red peppers to make it more authentic. Prices were reasonable. They are very busy, but I will definitely be back!
