Amazing Cao Lau! Get there early before they run out of noodles. They hand make them fresh every day. Super friendly and tucked away off the busy street.
Food was sensational, the women working are so sweet and lovely! We sometimes get scared of ordering from stalls like this but it’s absolutely a must try! The noodles and the dish itself is incredibly flavoursome and the bits of crunch add the added texture you didn’t know you needed!! At 65k each with a water you can’t go wrong
Lady boss hand makes the noodles at her store and cooks everything FRESH per order. As per vietnamese tradition, this came with a BASKET of veggies! This was our first time trying cao lau and we really loved it so much. The noodles are textured and have a bite to it. The sauce is so flavourful! Please try this store its rly so goooood. There are these crispy squares topping the noodles that the lady boss explained are the same as the noodles, just deep fried!! LOVELY!!!
Our tour guide took us here for lunch and wow- the Cao lau was incredible! It might not look like much, but It’s her favorite spot for a reason and the locals love it as well!! If you are looking for a place to try the famous Hoi An Cao lau look no further!
Love the local vibe. I sit down and they bring me Cau Lau since that's the only thing they serve and it was sooooo delicious! Better than the one I had last night and a more expensive restaurant haha
