Stayed in Dalat for 5 days and went to this restaurant 4 times. They have only one menu—grilled pork with spring rolls—and it’s delicious! The fresh vegetables are excellent, and the portion size is perfect for one person. All for just 55K! Highly recommend, 5 stars!
If you find yourself in Dalat and skip this family-run Nem nướng spot, you're seriously missing out. I mean, they do only one dish…but it is done right. I’m talking about Nem nướng that’s grilled to perfection and exploding with flavor. Even the dipping sauce was scrumptious. Every bite is a masterclass in texture and taste, with fresh herbs and crisp veggies that take it over the top. If the bottom floor is full, they have more seating upstairs. Thanks to Mike & Ashley for the reco!
This is a local mom and pop shop for the must-try grill pork. The local vietnamese buys take-away so much. This place is quite small for 3 tables ; it’s not affected to your feeeling about dish.
We walked in to the restaurant and the lady owner instructed us to go to the first floor. So we went and seated on the first floor, waited for her to take our order. 10 mins passed, when the lady owner came, she showed up with food lol. Which made a lot of sense since they were only selling one item on the menu. After we finished our meals, we were charged 110K for 2 person (VND55k per set). It was rather interesting because we never mentioned what portion we wanted, she just decided for us lol. Anyway, if you want a larger or smaller portion, do mention, otherwise she’d decide it based on the number of people that showed up. LOVED the food. Dipping sauce was just ok, imo. But even without it, food still tasted amazing.
One of the overall best value meals I’ve had in Da Lat. For 50,000 VND we were served ample amounts of rice paper, leafy greens, vegetables, sausage, crunchy rolls and dipping sauce. It wasn’t until we were presented with the bill we realized that we hadn’t been given two orders but only a single serving. The friendly people at the restaurant were also kind enough to demonstrate how we were supposed to make the rolls. Absolutely wonderful lunch.
