Come on, nothing beat sitting outside in an alley with the heat and a fan next to you, and slurp away the delicious pho. Love the place and the people working here. Maybe not the cleanest of places. I had the pho thap cam, and although I find the broth a bit too muddy, it was very tasty.
Delicious traditional Pho, people is lovely and so kind. Excellent value for money. Fast and functional service. God bless yours smiles :)
phở hải at 64 trần khánh dư is that spot that just gets it right the late night savior they're open late, making this the ultimate move for when that pho craving hits after dark. no more sad midnight snacks when you can get the real deal. the broth situation we're talking about a clear, deeply savory broth that's been simmered for hours - it's rich without being heavy. keeping it real though, the broth leans a bit sweet for my taste, but the depth of flavor still hits different. the protein perfection they absolutely nail the texture game with their beef - whether you go with rare steak that melts in your mouth or the brisket that's fall-apart tender, every cut is consistently on point. the meat-to-noodle ratio is always fire. the tân định vibes tucked away in this historic neighborhood, the place has major local gem energy. no fancy decor, just focused pho craftsmanship and the comforting sounds of bowls being enjoyed. it's the real deal without trying too hard. the final call if you don't mind a slightly sweeter broth and want that perfect late-night pho fix without the tourist crowds, this place absolutely delivers. don't forget to ❤️.
My noodle quest took an unexpected detour today! I accidentally adventured into the wrong shop this morning. The real treasure is tucked inside a little lane, basically playing diagonal peek-a-boo with the famous "Crab Noodle 87". Think of my first stop as the polite, "proper" cousin. This place? It's the spicy, rebellious sibling with their condiments. The vibe here is turned up to 11—literally! It's like a delicious sauna in the best way. And the condiments? Game-changer. Their blended red chili padi is a fiery little cloud of joy. Verdict: Absolutely worth the hunt! Just be ready for two quirks: the tables are practically knee-high (think charmingly awkward picnic), and they swap in thinner vermicelli noodles instead of the wider type, Kway teow. A smol table and slim noodles are a tiny price to pay for chili heaven! 10/10 would get happily lost again. A beef noodle seller from Singapore.
It's Phở restaurant. All tables are on the street beside the shop. It can say that it's street food. Anyway there was one guy who speak English, so I could order smoothly. Then I had a bowl of Phở with brisket. It's south style Pho, then soup is a bit sweet. The meat was tender and enough amount for the price. It was great Pho, even comparing the one selected by Michelin. But it's better to have lid or cover for the lemon and hearbs because everything are on the tables outside.
