It was a little hard to find, but that just adds to the charm! Food was really such a wonderful gastronomic experience: smoked pickled vegetable with cream cheese, grilled flying squid, truffle-laced lotus root chips accompanied the steak, fried breaded daikon and many more! Chef & service staff were enthusiastic it was a pleasure to be a part of their service! It's a small restaurant, so I can imagine it can easily get filled up - one of those quaint restaurants where passion for food and service is just oozing into every customer! 5 stars!
After seeing Yawaragi on YT we made this a place for us to visit when in Osaka. It was worth the trip from New Zealand. We were not disappointed. Our breakfast was delicious. The staff were so helpful. We would recommend a meal here.
An unforgettable experience. Absolutely worth the wait (I was in line at 5:15am!). The food was delicious and the staff was welcoming, even with the language barrier. I even got help from other people eating there, to enhance the food with sauces, and to eat in the right way. Arigato gozaimasu!!!
I and my ex boss went to Yawaragi for dinner. We ordered だいたい7品 and requested all the menu to be お任せ. 7 menus from chef were pretty good. Very impressive for the first time visiting. I wanna go back this restaurant again for morning menu.
Traditional Japanese breakfast with big portion and good taste. Last order by 8am, queue expected at least 30mins after 6am.
