This place is amazing. Best takoyaki I’ve ever had. Eat it little by little, it is very hot.
It was mid-afternoon and I was on my way back to my hotel to freshen up and get some respite from the heat. I stumbled upon this takoyaki place and fancied a snack, and being the second day in Osaka I thought it was a good time to have some. Lovely takoyaki, as hot as lava so do be careful when eating. ¥450 for five balls, very reasonably priced for some lovely takoyaki.
I've tried takoyaki from some of the more popular stalls here in Osaka but this unassuming spot is my favorite. So chewy and tasty- we ordered twice 😆
Very good, but not the best you'll ever eat. Still, the prices are ok and it can be a very convenient location. I recommend "sauce," light mayonnaise, and then green onions on top. Remember that Takoyaki can be volcanic levels hot. Best to wait a few minutes before eating these. Makes for a good post-bar snack too.
Delicious Osaka style Takoyaki. Topped a heave full of spring onions and tasted delicious. Price friendly and tourist friendly staffs.
