Pad Thai Narok Taek

Perfect spot for dinner after catching the sunset at the Big Buddha! The Pad Thai here has incredible wok hei (that amazing smoky flavor from the wok), and it's uniquely served sizzling on a hot plate. I accidentally messed up my order and got the dried shrimp version, but it was still absolutely delicious! The lady owner was so cute when she was trying to figure out my change, and the young guy was working so hard serving the customers. Such a lovely, heartwarming family-run shop! 😻

Unique pad thai that’s covered with an egg crepe and served with lots of toppings on a sizzling plate. I was already kinda full when I ate this, so I didn’t enjoy it as much as I usually would, but it was still good. I’ll say I do much prefer Wan Pad Thai though

Great owner, polite and friendly, always greeting customer with a big smile. The way he cook the pad thai shows that he is a wok hei expert. Ordered the complete one, I never felt that full after eating pad thai, this one is very huge portion. The fresh shrimp is well cooked, sweet and fresh. The sunny side up well fried, not too raw but melt enough. Fresh beansprout, dry shrimps, shrimp cracker, crushed peanut and don't forget to squeeze the lime, perfect dinner. Truly, pad thai from hell! At 130 baht definitely worth it. Highly recommended.

After 15 days of Thai vacation, I can finally say I have eaten the best pad Thai in Bangkok. The fresh shrimp pad Thai is an absolute explosion of careful and balanced crispy and juicy taste. Even the level of spicines is not too much considered what we are used to back home (in Europe). Very well prepared and cooked! Bravo to the nice chef I had the pleasure to meet. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Best pad thai you can find in Bangkok! Simple menu but everything extremely delicious. They are so nice and friendly. Warm atmosphere and authentic thai cuisine!
