Kata On Fire Bar and Grill

This restaurant is very spacious and comfortable. The food is extremely delicious, and the portions are very large—more than worth the price. It’s definitely great value for money. The location is also very convenient, close to Kata Beach and Karon Beach, and you can easily walk there. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience. We ordered food for 6 people and were only second in the queue, yet our dishes took an unreasonably long time to arrive. What made it worse was seeing other tables—who came after us—being served first. There was clearly no proper order or coordination. When the food finally arrived, the quality was unacceptable. The prawn and squid in the pineapple fried rice were undercooked, which is both unpleasant and concerning from a food safety perspective. Overall, poor service and poor food quality. Definitely not a place I would recommend. Maybe our unlucky day.

Good food good people good atmosphere. It was a nice place to chill and decompress with good food for a holiday. The seafood was great, affordable price. There’s a snooker table to play too. Ended up coming back here multiple times during my 1 week Phuket trip. Will definitely be back when I’m in Phuket again. Strongly recommended!

This is a good place to visit if you're new in Thailand and want to visit other places than the tourist traps. Their food is authentic and the overall vibe of the place is laid back with plastic chairs and music blasting from three directions. Panang curry and the fried seabass were our highlights, however the Tom kha gai was a bit bland and too sour for my taste.

This restaurant is truly a gem in Phuket. The food is absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The staff are polite, warm, and incredibly welcoming, which makes the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for authentic Thai cuisine, there’s simply no better place on the island.
