Came here around 8 PM and the restaurant was still open, which was perfect for a late dinner. I ordered the mixed beef pho, along with Vietnamese pork sausage, fresh shrimp spring rolls, and youtiao (fried dough sticks). The fresh herbs and vegetables, as well as the fried dough sticks, are placed on the table for you to enjoy with your pho. I added plenty of onions, spring onions, and cilantro — just the way I like it. 🌿 The pho tasted really good and the broth was flavorful. One thing to note is that they don’t serve the pho in a hot pot like Pho VietNam does, so the soup isn’t kept boiling hot throughout the meal. But honestly, it was still delicious and satisfying. Another plus: they accept credit cards, which is always convenient when traveling. Overall, a really good spot for a simple, comforting bowl of Vietnamese pho, especially if you’re looking for a late-night meal. 🍜
This was hands down the best pho I had in Saigon for me. The chilli on the table added a lot to it as I am a spice lover so having some bit of normal tasty pho soup and mixing it up with spoonfuls of chilli for a spiced pho take with either beef (which was what I had no.1 raw beef) or beef balls was just so good. Drink wise the ice blended Caramel Machiato Coffee was the usual nice and sweet. The fresh and fried spring rolls are both good and the overall meal was excellent.
Must-visit legendary Pho spot in Saigon! 🍜 A short walk from the iconic Pink Church (Tân Định Church). The beef quality is excellent, and the broth is flavorful, rich, and perfectly balanced. The portions are quite generous—I’m a light eater, so I couldn't even finish my bowl! 😅 Also, don't miss their fresh sugarcane juice—perfectly sweet and super refreshing after walking around in the heat. Highly recommended! 😋
Great late lunch at Pho Hoa Pasteur. This is a very well organized clean and delicious dining choice! Restaurant was busy although seated immediately and food served rapidly. Dined on the Pho Tia and Banh Pate. A generous setup of veggies sprouts lime and chili accompanied the Pho the broth was complex and incredibly delicious filled with tender beef. Wonderfully tasty Banh Pateso filled to the brim with pate! Looking forward to my next visit!
Solid food! tastes like home even though I’m not from Vietnam. I will definitely come back! The serving size is generous and the ingredients are not skimped on. Really great value for money. Overall, it’s a “bang for your buck” experience. Highly recommended!
