I had a wonderful experience at Son Tra Night Market during my visit to Da Nang. The market comes alive at night with vibrant lights, a lively atmosphere, and plenty of local energy. It's the perfect place to stroll around, enjoy delicious Vietnamese street food, and shop for unique souvenirs. One of the highlights is its location near the Dragon Bridge, making it more vibrant. There is a wide variety of food to choose from, especially fresh seafood and local specialties, and the market offers a great opportunity to experience the local night-life culture. The atmosphere is exciting and family-friendly, with many stalls selling handicrafts, clothing, gifts, and snacks. Even if you're not planning to buy anything, it's enjoyable to walk around, soak in the ambiance, and try different foods. Overall, Son Tra Night Market is a must-visit destination in Da Nang for anyone looking to experience local flavors, vibrant nightlife, and a memorable evening by the city's iconic landmarks. I would definitely visit again on my next trip.

Son Tra Night Market is one of those places you visit more for the atmosphere than for shopping. The market has a lively, energetic vibe with bright lights, music, and crowds that make for a fun evening stroll. Most of the stalls, however, are quite repetitive. You’ll find the same street food, fresh fruit, juices, ice cream, and seafood repeated throughout the market. The shopping is much the same, with stall after stall selling identical T-shirts, handbags, hats, and souvenirs. If you’ve walked through one section, you’ve pretty much seen it all. Despite being quite congested, the market is surprisingly clean, and the vendors are generally friendly. I wasn’t entirely convinced about the food hygiene standards at some of the stalls, so it’s worth choosing carefully if you plan to eat there. Overall, Son Tra Night Market is worth visiting once to soak in the vibrant local atmosphere, people-watch, and enjoy a leisurely evening.

Would recommend missing this market. Most expensive and small compared to others. After asking a few prices we decided not to bother as prices were close to double elsewhere and the most high pressure food vendors waving menus in your face. Lobsters, snails, frogs, fish and other seafood available as well as regular dishes. The dining area is up steep stairs above the food stalls and seating is on plastic chairs and tables designed for children. Trying to eat with cooking smoke billowing up is quite difficult too.

Ate at a random seafood restaurant that did not have a name but we circled the area and found the one that had reasonable lobster prices. I didn't have any prior lobster experience apart from that so won't be able to judge whether it's the best or not but it was certainly delicious. They served us lobster cooked three ways and all of them were enjoyable plus the free morning glory, scallops and shrimps were great additions to the meal as well. Service was nice and fast and the person selling us food was very accommodating. Choices seemed to be pretty fresh and it was certainly a good meal with no stomach issues or food poisoning whatsoever. Sadly, wasn't able to visit the souvenir area. But great place to go before watching the Dragon Bridge Fire Show.

Cơm gà Bà Nga is a well known spot when visiting Hoi An. The rice is fluffy, lightly yellow, and very fragrant. The shredded chicken is tender and naturally sweet, served with fresh herbs, pickled papaya, and a flavorful fish sauce that brings everything together nicely. The portion size is generous and the price feels reasonable for the quality. The restaurant can get quite busy during peak hours, but the service is quick and efficient. If you want to try authentic Hoi An chicken rice, this is definitely a place worth visiting.
