I was the only foreigner there with over 100+ people so I knew it was going to be delicious. I ordered 3 items which was way too much for someone solo but god damn it was delicious! Steamed clams in dome incredible soup and very generous with the clams. Grilled oysters with some godly toppings. And grilled shrimp. Everything was insanely delicious and the price is absolutely affordable and worth it. Highly recommend it if you are a seafood lover.
This is the best seafood restaurant I’ve been to in Vietnam. The prices are incredibly fair considering how fresh the seafood is. The lobster with garlic butter and the Babylon sea snails with kumquat sauce were exceptional and honestly some of the best seafood dishes I’ve ever had. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and was prepared really well. Highly recommended!
A very popular seafood restaurant, very much a local favorite. It's quite noisy inside, but the space is spacious and there are plenty of tables. Pros: reasonable prices, a large selection of seafood, Saigon beer in glass bottles (a rarity), and delicious octopus, squid, and shrimp (see the first three photos in this review). Cons: terrible service. There are a lot of waiters, but not all of them are competent; half of them just carry food from the kitchen to the table. We spent 20 minutes chasing after a waiter, hoping someone would bring us the promised ice bucket for beer, bottle opener, and plates. Literally no one from the staff approached us for 15 minutes, even though there were both foreigners and locals at our table. Extremely strange service 😔 and delicious food... 🍻
This place, while hidden, is absolutely a great find and has phenomenal fresh seafood. The lady that waited on us provided outstanding service. We had the fresh lobster and prawns with fried rice. She also brought us out bread, same bread they use in the banh mi sandwiches, which if you've never had is also fantastic, to use to dip up the remaining seasoning and butter that was on the lobster. Well worth the adventure to find it in the alleyways in the northern part of sontra district. There are some signs as well to help guide you. It's definitely a must stop on your visit.
A true hidden gem for visitors in Da Nang. Even getting there is part of the experience—you walk through narrow alleyways that open up into a really cool, lively spot. While locals clearly know and love it, it feels like a great discovery if you’re new to the area (it even has Michelin recognition, which says a lot). The restaurant is huge, so getting a table is easy, and everything is impressively clean—including the fish tanks, some of the most pristine I’ve seen. The food was excellent, especially the stingray—super tender and packed with flavor. Not an everyday dish, but definitely worth trying here. Great atmosphere and friendly, attentive service made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend.
