After a lovely fish cake noodle soup at the street stall across the road, we were craving something sweet. We tried the dessert Chè dừa non (Coconut & pandan sweet). It comes as a small bowl with pieces of fresh young coconut, pandan that adds a delicate aroma, plenty of ice, and a relatively mild sweetness compared to chè made with preserved fruits. Light, refreshing and genuinely lovely.
At the Hải Phòng street branch, bright cases, stainless counters, and the easy rhythm of bowls sliding across the line set the pace. Chè Liên hums from afternoon into late night — quick greetings, lots of color, and that unmistakable coconut aroma. The Food Cold, refreshing, and balanced. Clean sweetness, creamy meets crunchy, bright fruit, silky jellies, and just enough ice to keep every spoonful light. Simple, satisfying, and consistent. Service & Atmosphere Efficient and friendly. Numbers are called fast, tables turn quickly, and the room stays lively without feeling chaotic. Easy in, easy out, or linger for a second bowl. More Details • Vegetarian options: Most desserts are naturally meat free; ask to reduce or skip dairy where possible. • Dietary restrictions: Common allergens include coconut, dairy, peanuts, and tapioca; staff can adjust sweetness and ice. • Parking: Hải Phòng street curbside; busiest in the evening. Scooters are easiest. • Kid-friendliness: Great for families — quick service, colorful options, shareable bowls. • Wheelchair accessibility: Ground-level counter with movable seating; aisles can feel tight at peak times. Final Take A Da Nang classic for a cool, clean finish to the day. Five stars for freshness, pace, and that reliable bowl of comfort.
Delicious Vietnamese desserts! Light, refreshing, and not too sweet. The combination of beans, jelly, and coconut milk was really enjoyable. A perfect treat after a meal. Would definitely come back again!
As a dessert lover, I found my happy place in Da Nang at Chè Liên Desserts! 🥰 They’ve got an amazing selection, with a variety of flans and coconut milk crème brûlées that hit all the right spots. 😄 Specializing in takeout, they still offer a small dining area on-site, super basic and authentically Vietnamese for anyone wanting to eat in. The service is quick, and while the staff doesn’t speak English, the menu’s got pictures and English captions, making it pretty easy to choose from about 20 dessert options. The prices are super affordable, perfect for treating yourself without breaking the bank. And if you can’t make it there, no worries you can just order online through the Grab app. A must-visit spot for any sweet tooth! 🤩
If you're in Da Nang, you absolutely must try this Thai Sweet Soup. I initially stopped by because the place was packed with customers, and I honestly didn't expect it to be this incredibly good! The star ingredient, the durian, is handled perfectly—it’s incredibly sweet and wonderfully creamy, melting in your mouth with every bite. This pairs beautifully with the coconut milk base, which is rich, thick, and perfectly fatty, delivering a truly luxurious texture. It’s an absolute treat for anyone who loves high-quality, flavorful desserts! I will definitely be coming back for more, and I highly recommend bringing all my friends here to experience it.
