Rich matcha recipe. Good atmosphere on 2nd fl. There are a lot of tea types and equipment for selection on 1st fl.
My family and I went in today (Jan 2, 2025) for some ice cream. The lady working behind the ice cream counter rudely snatches the menu from my hand without even saying a word. I get it you want it on the counter but taking it with such force from a customer’s hand was just plain rude. Little manners go a long way. You could’ve talked to me or said something. Very ill-mannered and weird. Would not go back again for that reason. Ice cream was good. Not overly sweet. So if you want rude service and good ice cream, go here :-)
The ice cream was great especially on a very hot day and the price was reasonable. Also, the staff was nice to us because we were foreign visitors. We want to have another ice cream next day but it was all sold out!
Best soft cream!!! Amazing parfait!!!
Staff have a truly bizarre attitude walked in here as a solo tourist to look at teas, I was willing to to buy something there as they look like they had a good selection. But the staff starred at me like I had stolen something from them or something even though that was my first time there. They also were offering out samples to everyone but me, I had to go up to the counter and specifically ask for a sample which I’m pretty sure wasn’t even made right cause it was super watery and luke warm
