It was a truly delicious cake. We ate cakes at home as take out. It’s one of the very best cakes in the Kansai region, so I really hope you’ll give it a try. The method of production is quite unique—apparently they use a 3D printer—which is why the detailing is so meticulously crafted right down to the finest points. It’s not just delicious to eat; it’s also a truly beautiful cake to look at. It’s an absolute must-try.
The cake tastes good but not really worth the effort to go out of your way to get it. Only come when you are around the area. The service left a lot to be desired though... they were a little condescending and patronising when we were selecting the cakes. They were also mad at us when we stood outside the shop to taste the pastry... when there was literally nobody in the shop. The most frustrating thing was they could've said earlier that we were not allowed to eat there. They waited till we took the cake out and took a bunch of photos and then came out to stop us.
We bought 2 little cakes (rose and mont blanc) and 1 pumpkin tarte. They were delicious! I would have liked more of a rose flavor but it was good. It's also an awesome crochet design and the texture is fun. I would recommend going out of the way to try these. I only speak English but I do know please and thank you in Japanese and that was enough to get by and I was treated normally. They asked how long our travel was to get to where we can eat them and based on that they will put ice pack(s) in the packaging. As long as you are prepared to take them to go and eat somewhere else it is great. It was a 20-25 min commute back to our hotel and it worked out great.
This desserts are amazing. They are perfect, not too sweet and all the ingredients mix perfectly without covering the other flavours. I’m not a big fun of super sugary food, so this was really good. We will definitely come back to try more 😍
These little cakes are such a treat! We grabbed two and not only were they adorable and so creatively decorated, but they tasted amazing too—super fresh and perfectly sweet. If you’re ever craving something both cute and delicious, you’ve got to check this place out 😻
