This is a humble, no-frills ramen shop, but the flavor is anything but ordinary. Each bowl appears to be prepared with great care and attention to detail, and it is easy to see that the chef takes pride in selecting quality ingredients. The overall flavor profile leans toward the salty side, which is quite typical for Japanese ramen and Japanese cuisine in general. Despite its simple appearance, the food was rich, satisfying, and full of character. To dine here, customers first choose their meal and make payment using the ticket vending machine located at the entrance. After that, you take the ticket inside, and the staff will guide you to a suitable seat. The process was smooth and efficient. Overall, I was very impressed with both the food and the experience. This is definitely a place that deserves a perfect score in my opinion.
The place is cosy and welcoming. They provide menus in different languages, which makes it very convenient for tourists. The staff are friendly, polite, and attentive. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Japan — great experience overall! Good is really great too. Love it.
I had the chicken special and it was my favourite ramen in Osaka! It was perfectly balanced, the broth had a nice thickness but was not to heavy at the same time! I watched the chefs preparing it and could see that they cared about every detail! Can only recommend!
We stayed at the hotel across the street and decided to have lunch here on a cold, rainy day. It was perfect!! We tried the special chicken ramen and the soy sauce ramen - both broths were delicious and loved the thick, chewy noodles. The service was fantastic too. It’s a tiny place but definitely worth stopping by!
We had the Chicken Paitan and Miso Paitan Ramen. Both were to die for. The broth is rich and foamy. The noodles were cooked perfectly al dente and had a nice whole grain nutty flavour. Would definitely come again:-)
