Why worth it
- A restaurant rated 4.5 despite a small review count
- The high rating suggests a genuinely well-loved, if lesser-known, local spot
- Worth seeking out for a less touristy Osaka dining experience

Here’s a more casual, concise Google review–style version: ⸻ We came here for lunch while visiting Osaka, and it was our first time trying Okinawan food. We ordered the pork ramen, summer specialty ramen, and charsiu rice for our daughter. The summer ramen turned out to be cold, which I didn’t expect, but I loved it! Super refreshing with a slightly tangy taste and subtle ocean-like flavor. The noodles were flat—almost like al dente pasta, which was really interesting. My husband had the pork ramen and really enjoyed it. The broth was light but flavorful, and the pork was very tender. Adding yuzu kosho made it even better. The place is small, so there was a short queue at lunch, but it moved pretty fast. The chef (I think she’s the owner) runs the kitchen by herself and is very efficient. The young staff member was also great—handling orders, cashier, and cleaning all at once. Really glad we tried this place!
One of the best bowls of noodles I’ve had in Osaka - definitely at least on par with the Okinawa soba I had in Okinawa! I got the 天願そば as a single item, though I’m sure it would’ve paired exceptionally with the じゅーしー side. The pork chunks were tender and juicy and the broth was not too rich but still very flavorful. The soba texture is one of my favorite noodle textures. Definitely worth a stop if you’re looking to try a different type of noodle than your typical ramen or udon!
One of the best bowls of soba noodles I’ve ever had in my life! Broth was rich and flavourful but not too heavy. Pork belly was cooked perfectly. They were very friendly and have English menus available. I could eat this every day, highly recommended!
Love their chicken noodle. Will revisit. 2026.03
Yummy okinawa soba ramen! I like that it’s a clear broth, which makes it so different from other ramens we’ve been eating throughout our Japan trip. Noodles were chewy and pork falls apart really easily. I enjoyed this meal very much!
