Food was placed on the pan. With the cold wind. Food was already cold. Nth special, disappointed as tako is usually good in japan. Reviews were over rated. It would be better if it was made on the spot. When I threw the paper, there was quite abit of food wastage by others.
Delicious okonomiyaki from an unassuming space. Okonomiyaki was fresh and hot so we wolfed it down fast and was not able to take a pic of it. No seating space but outside bar standing area for eating.
Delicious food! Convenient place to pick up food to take back to the hotel after a busy day of sightseeing.
Great value to try local street food. Not so sure if it is authentic flavors since I am not a local . However, this cabbage small bites is definitely tasty . Cabbages were still crunchy and the pancake is quite flavorful. Only coat $300 yen
Osaka's Cabbage Pancake (Cabbage-yaki) is a simple dish mainly made of cabbage and eggs, known for its easy preparation. It is particularly popular as a snack or light meal. Osaka's Cabbage-yaki originated in Higashi-Osaka in 1993. It was originally called "Yoshoku-yaki" (Western-style pancake). Priced at around 200 yen per piece, it consists of a thin batter wrapped around cabbage, eggs, and tempura crumbs, creating a perfect harmony between the sweetness of the sauce and the crunchiness of the cabbage. Being "delicious and affordable" and "perfect for a light snack," it's an easy way to enjoy the taste of Osaka. Please give it a try!
