Bún bò Huế Trang

Good mix of meat! I have eaten there a few times and normally I will order the special bowl. They have both Pork chả and Shrimp chả. For meat besides beef, you can order the various parts of the pig knuckle. The bones are interesting for people who particularly like it. I would say all the meat are tender and great. The broth is a little bland for me to be frank. I prefer something flavoursome as a Hue”s dish. Very crowdy during weekend and please prepare to wait as the boss is the only person who takes the order. The menu I took a few months ago so may have changed

My best bún bò in HCM. Try it if you have chance. They did the best bun bò and no need marketing

Small space but clean, food is really tastety with reasonable price.

The restaurant is located in Tran Huu Trang market. I saw it was crowded so I stopped by to try it. I ordered cartilage and beef shank, a regular bowl for 45k. The broth was flavorful, fragrant with lemongrass, and the cartilage and beef shank were delicious. There's a parking attendant in front of the restaurant. I will definitely come back.
