Bangkok, especially if you’re a fan of mango sticky rice. The shop has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand for six consecutive years, a recognition given to establishments that offer outstanding food at reasonable prices. While it is not a Michelin star, it is still a highly respected distinction and a testament to the quality of the food served here. What makes K. Panich even more special is its history. The shop has been operating for more than 80 years and is widely regarded as the oldest mango sticky rice shop in Bangkok. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the Grand Palace, making it an easy stop during a day of sightseeing. One thing that surprised me was that the shop itself does not have seating for customers. After purchasing my mango sticky rice, I was initially confused about where to eat, as very few reviews mention this detail. I later discovered that the dine-in area is actually located at a smoothie shop across the street. I only figured it out after noticing a staff member carrying a plate of sticky rice across the road and decided to follow. If you’re visiting for the first time, this little detail can save you some confusion. The mango sticky rice costs 130 THB and absolutely lives up to its reputation. The sticky rice was perfectly cooked, soft and fragrant, while the coconut cream was rich, smooth, and incredibly flavorful. The mango itself comes from neighboring fruit vendors rather than directly from K. Panich, but it was wonderfully sweet and of excellent quality. In addition to mango sticky rice, the shop also sells a variety of traditional Thai sweets and desserts, making it a great place to explore local flavors. Whether you choose to take it away or enjoy it at the seating area across the street, K. Panich serves one of the best mango sticky rice desserts I have tasted in Thailand and is well worth a visit.

A must visit when you’re in Bangkok Oldtown, a stop at K.Panich is a must. This Michelin Bib Gourman recipient since 2019, serves some of the best mango sticky rice. The sticky rice is perfectly cooked, with excellent texture, complemented by rich and aromatic coconut milk. Paired with sweet mangoes.it’s simply heaven. After making payment, collect your ticket and head to the shop opposite to order drinks. Good choice is Mango smoothie. One bite of the mango sticky rice, you’ll be hooked and reaching for another mouthful.

Without a doubt, this is the best Mango Sticky Rice I've had in Bangkok. The sticky rice was perfectly cooked—soft, fragrant, and covered with rich, creamy coconut milk. The mango was incredibly fresh, sweet, and perfectly ripe. One thing to know is that you order from the shop, then enjoy your dessert at the seating area across the street. It's easy to see why this place has been famous for so many years. If you're visiting Bangkok, this is a must-try for authentic Mango Sticky Rice. Highly recommended!

The seller told us that the mangoes they usually buy were not in good condition when we visited, so they had to use a different variety. As a result, the taste might have been slightly different from their usual mango sticky rice. We still decided to try it, and it was quite delicious, although the mango was not very sweet. The price was reasonable considering the portion size, which was enough for one or two people. The ordering counter and dining area are located separately, so you need to place your order at one shop and then cross the street to eat at the other. The place was quite busy, but there were fans to keep customers comfortable. They also sell smoothies, which are a great option to pair with the dessert. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and worth trying if you're in the area.

This is a Michelin starred mango sticky rice shop so I expected no less of the flavor. Of all the place we bought mango sticky rice from, their sticky rice has the best flavor and texture. Although you may find cheaper place to get mango sticky rice from, I’d say you have to atleast try to get them once or twice from K. Panich. My only comment is the sticky rice is a bit less for the price.
