Tried the fried Momiji Lemon,Custard, Cheese. The lemon and custard were very good, especially the custard the cheese was not amazing. I also tried the pre made momiji thats similar to tayaki, i got the smooth red bean and chocolate. The chocolate was amazing. I would recommend the Custard Fried momiji (250¥) and the chocolate baked (140¥)
This specialty sweet store serves the most delectable local confectionary. The maple leaf shaped delight is so addictive you'd want to go back for more. 200 yen each so give it a try. You'd be glad you did. Do note that you'll have to pay for this pleasure through a vending machine and not at the counter so look for the vending machine inside the store first.
It's very basic but delicious. The hype is more about the maple leaf shape. Regardless, the custard cream one was tasty
Bought some for souvenir. Tried many shops and this is the best for me. Great cake wrap, the content not too sweet. Love the unbaked cheese the most. Taste fresh and good. Will come back!
It's hard to mess up something that is fried. Simple, quick, affordable, and delicious (I settled on the cheese filling), my only regret was not ordering and trying more momiji.
