Hands down the best place for poached chicken rice (Khao Man Gai). The chicken is incredibly tender and juicy, but the real game-changer is the sauce — that ginger and pepper mix gives it an unbelievable kick. It’s a Michelin Bib Gourmand spot for a reason, yet the prices are super cheap and the quality is always consistent 🐓🐥🍗

One of the best Hainanese style chicken rice in Chiang Mai. Lots of locals eat here. The chicken is fresh and tender. Be sure to drop by and try if you are in the area. Do note that they are popular with the locals and is sold out quite early although they stated close at 2pm.

I went there for the Michelin star rating, but it wasn't as good as the chicken rice I had at a food court in Singapore. The sauce was good, but the chicken was a bit tough, dry, and tough. It wasn't quite what I was looking for. But the price is really cheap.
