The staff is very rude, and never answer to us even though we called them twice. They market it online cheaply, but when you go there, they say the cheaper option is not available. The food is average, and some is served cold. Absolutely would not come again

Wonderful experience! Even though the staff had trouble speaking English they did their utmost best to make it work (as we stumbled around and tried our utmost best to also speak Japanese) The atmosphere was really nice and the food good especially considering the price. We took the all in concept with drinks and food.

It was a pretty bad experience and I felt that they to tricked us with the price. First came 12 persons and we had a reservation for 15 and they asked us how many people we were in that moment and we explained that we were 12 but maybe were going to came the rest and they told us that if someone didn't came no needs to worry that we can just cancel them after. When we were going to pay we were in total 14 persons because 2 more came and we wanted to cancel just 1 and the girl that was last night in cashier told us in that moment that we NEED to pay the all you cant eat for the person that didn't came even haven't eat anything. First of all they said that we can cancel the ones that didn't came and later that we need to pay for them even if the don't consume so we end paying 3750yen each of us. The food was normal. The rest of the staff was a guy with pink hair very kind and two girls that worked there one that was pretty small that was super kind aswell, but the women of the cashier even from the beggining looked angry. The worst thing is feeling that we end paying for something that previously they told us that was not going to happen, i felt super dissapointed.
