Ordered a variety of pieces such as hamachi, hotate, ikura, ama-ebi, salmon aburi, meguro, and fried oysters. Overall, it was a decent meal but I have to call out the tuna not being fully thawed at time of serving. This is the first time I have ever had a piece of sushi still partially cold where some ice crystals could be detected while chewing. I get that at busy times they may have to move fast and secure more tuna from the freezer but I was surprised to encounter this as served, which tarnished the experience. Comparing this to other kaitenzushi such as Nemuro in Sapporo, I have to say that this place doesnt compete well on quality, only price. It's not bad, just mediocre.

Came in expecting a traditional conveyor belt sushi experience, but that’s not what this place delivers. While there is a conveyor belt in the restaurant, it’s not actually used for serving sushi. Everything has to be ordered through an iPad and only 4 items could be ordered each time. For the price point, the food was underwhelming at best. The sushi and other dishes were mediocre and didn’t justify the cost. Overall, the experience felt misleading and disappointing. Would not recommend

This conveyor belt sushi spot offers more premium options when it comes to sashimi or even cooked options. We picked this spot because It’s located conveniently at the Hiroshima Station so you can hop onto the JR Shinkansen after.

The sashimi was fresh and came in a variety of choices. The eggs were thick, very rich and nicely flavoured. They had quite a few choices of eels here, either as sushi or in tempura style, we liked it a lot but it seemed the one in tempura was not fresh enough. Overall it was a nice place to enjoy sushi with affordable prices.

Ihad some expectations for Sushi Tatsu after reading many online reviews calling it the best kaiten sushi in Hiroshima. My experience was quite mediocre. Nothing was seriously wrong with the service or atmosphere, but the food fell short. Fish didn't taste very fresh, and the prices were higher than other kaiten sushi. The chef didn't seem to put much care into preparing too, several pieces looked sloppy and were literally falling apart when served. Nope for a second visit.
