Hands down the best ramen we’ve had on our 2025 Japan trip! So different, so smooth, so full of flavor… and the meat was crazy tender! Plus the staff was super friendly and the music was on point. So if you’re in the area, go there!
Was here a few weeks ago, don't remember what I got lol, but off a recommendation from a youtube video. I definitely think I'm not a ramen person because even though this was a really good ramen, I wasn't crazy about it and thinking it's the best ramen I've ever had. I think I either have a very specific ramen preference (no clue yet) or don't have the palette to appreciate it. I will say I love how frothy and thick the broth is, definitely one of if not my favourite broth from a ramen ever and those egg yolks are so red!!! (In a good way) If you are a ramen fanatic, definitely give this spot a try! It's quite a walk from Shinjuku main but worth it. Also not sure if it was just that specific day in mid Feb but it was very humid and hot inside so not the most comfy dinner. Seats are comfy enough though but wouldn't come if you just went on a shopping spree as there is not a lot of room for a lot of bags, etc. Edit: I Plan to come back and try another one that's not ham, maybe that was throwing me off
If you’re looking for comfort in a bowl, this spot delivers. Broth: A rich, thick, and creamy chicken base that warms you instantly. Char Siu Pork: Melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly balanced with the broth. Egg: Soft, creamy, and cooked to perfection. Atmosphere: Sitting at the bar top, you get front-row seats to the ramen chefs at work—an experience in itself. Music: Hip hop beats set the mood, played at just the right level so you can enjoy the vibe while still having a conversation. Overall, it’s a place that nails both flavor and atmosphere. A must-visit for ramen lovers who appreciate great food paired with a cool, laid-back setting. So good I went back twice.
Excellent food, and worth coming early or waiting in line. We had lots of ramen during our Japan trip, and this restaurant definitely delivered! Here we had the Chicken soup ramen, which was amazing. Each dish artistically prepared and served with care. Will definitely return here.
I really like the ramen here, especially the creaminess of the pesto ramen. It works well with the pork chashu that has a smoky element to its taste.
