Visited around 10:30 AM on a Saturday. There were two people ahead of me, but I only had to wait about 15 minutes to get in. I ordered: • Okame Nigiri set • 3-piece Rare Cuts set • Aburi Iwashi (Seared Sardine) & Shime Saba (Cured Mackerel) • Draft Beer The highlights were definitely the seared sardine, cured mackerel, medium fatty tuna (Chutoro), and salmon roe. The sardine was incredibly fatty and paired perfectly with the searing, while the mackerel was nicely cured but still kept a fresh, "rare" texture inside. To be honest, the sushi rice (shari) was a bit crumbly, so the overall balance wasn't perfect, but at around 4,000 yen for all of this, the value is unbeatable. They serve everything at a good pace, making it a great spot for a quick, delicious meal
The BEST tuna sushi I’ve ever had! I usually don’t eat tuna sushi, but this place changed my view on tuna sushi!! We ordered the 5pc tuna set. It was so fresh, the taste was so clean and it melts in your mouth. Every bite was perfect and the sushi chef was really friendly too! This is the place that I will come back to Tokyo for!!
Best of the best! Small standing sushi bar! But must visit! Fresh sashimi never failed.
Came here at the recommendation of a friend. Tuna and salmon used for the sushi was the freshest I’ve ever tasted. Located at the entrance of the iconic fish market, the quality is as one would expect. What makes the fish so good is the different levels of fattiness which makes each peace jam packed with flavour and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. They were kind enough to serve us with minutes to sore before closing. Incredible!
A tiny standing sushi bar at the corner of Tsukiji. This unassuming shop offers some of the best sushi I’ve had. It is priced appropriately and the line moves very quickly. Definitely worth a visit
