Ben Tre has a pretty decent night market that is right outside of the 5 stars diamond hotel. We walk the strip twice when we check in to the hotel. Has literally everything from fruits, clothing, souvenirs, food and toys. It was fun. The price is also reasonable. I got a coconut tea pot for my dad for $50, where they sell it for over $100 at another place, exact same pot. I would visit again. Just wish it was a tad cleaner. Of course, I might say the same thing everywhere in VN.
Interesting market. Clean, colorful and vibrant But animals waiting to be slaughtered is not for the all.
Ben Tre Market is more than just a place to shop—it's a cultural immersion. Visiting this market is not just about buying goods; it's about connecting with the vibrant spirit of Vietnam. Whether you're a tourist exploring the region or a local in search of everyday essentials, Ben Tre Market is an experience not to be missed. Highly recommended!
An authentic Vietnamese market experience, with the somewhat relaxed hygiene standards. Great place with some of the freshest produce you can't find anywhere else. A destination for locals and a spectacle for tourists. Definitely grab a fresh coconut to drink, some iced winter melon tea, or Cafe Sua then enjoy the atmosphere. Note you'll definitely be hit with a few interesting smells - depends how strong your stomach is :)
Clean market. Near the Riverside. Its a good place to hang during evening time and enjoy the river view here. Will be great if the local government make some changes along the river side, its has potential become touristic place.
