Quán Bánh xèo 7 Tới

Delicious Bánh xèo and Bánh khọt which were served almost instantly (probably because there weren't a lotta people there when I came). Love the fact that the pancake wasn't oily like the one found in Saigon, and the rim were crunchy as well. If you're going to eat there alone, you can ask them to serve 5 pieces of Bánh khọt instead of the default 10. The accompanied veggies also contained some local varieties which tasted pretty unique, the only downside was that they weren't really fresh.

Banh xeo (Vietnamese sizzling pancake) is one of the signature dishes of Western Vietnam. 7 Toi Restaurant in Can Tho specializes in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian banh xeo and banh khot (savory mini pancakes). While most dishes are quite standard, the banh xeo filled with stir-fried beef and sesbania flowers (rau dien dien) was a bit unique to me. The restaurant is spacious, the staff are enthusiastic, and the prices are quite reasonable.

great for vegetarians! it's on the menu as chay. very fresh, with extra protein from mung bean inside the banh xeo and bahn khot. comes with a massive plate of fresh greens and herbs. recommended!

💛 Quan Banh Xeo 7 toi has excellent bánh khọt . It's the best I've had in Vietnam! It's flavourful, crispy and filled over the top with mung bean and shrimp. Biting into it is fun as well. I prefer it more than their bánh xèo! 🥗 They also provide generous servings of leafy green vegetables. It's the easiest way to get in your fibre intake. The restaurant was smoky when we arrived and the smoke kept us company as we walked out. Service was friendly and getting waitstaff attention is easy, but unsure how it will go with tourists. Other Google reviews suggests it will be ok! 😊

One of the best Bahn Xeo I’ve had in Can Tho. It’s not oily & quite big in portion. Love the free flow of veggies that came along with the order.
