I was in the mood for a burger and decided to try this spot. It was my first time having A5 wagyu beef and I could definitely taste the difference. The meat was tender and the burger was really good overall. Staff was friendly and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be back next trip!
I saw their wagyu sandwich and immediately knew I had to try it and wow, it ended up being the best thing I ate in the whole market. You can actually watch them prepare it right in front of you, which makes the whole experience even better. There’s also seating available, so you can enjoy it properly instead of rushing. It’s definitely on the pricier side for a sandwich, but honestly worth every cent. The wagyu is perfectly cooked, super tender, combined with the crunch of the cabbage and the sauce, it just all comes together so well.
Stopped by here tried the Wagu cutlet sandwich along with the Wagu Sushi. Added a nice bottle of Sapporo 🤪 food and service was excellent!
🍔 Wagyu Burger - Rich, beefy, and full of flavor. The pickles cut through the richness perfectly so it never feels greasy. Very generous portions and high quality ingredients. Not cheap, but one burger is more than filling. Wagyu Cutlet Sandwich - Damn, so good. Crispy on the outside, tender and bouncy on the inside. After one bite, you just want to keep eating. The shredded cabbage inside adds a light and refreshing crunch.
Tasty wagyu but far too pricy compared to the other near by options. This meat is very thin too. Guess the plus side is you can actually grab a seat in the back vs. having to eat right out front like most of the stalls in the area. Not much bad things to say about wagyu but this was not my favorite.. I would recommend the spots facing the main street.
