Quintessential salaryman place where you will smell like the tempura when you leave. No wait. Chewy springy udon just how it should be. Loved the chili with sesame. Seasonal vegetable tempura was extremely filling and well done. Very satisfied. Thank you!

We absolutely love this restaurant. The staff, food, and decor make every visit feel memorable and extra special to us. We first dined here in December 2023 and returned again in January 2026, and nothing has changed—the quality and experience are just as wonderful. This time we ordered the avocado udon and mixed tempura, and everything was delicious. We truly enjoyed our dinner and can’t wait to come back again.

Locally authentic! We walked in pretty early and it was the right choice to make as it gets crowded even before 12 noon. You know this is a good Japanese restaurant when most of the customers are Japanese. Fast way of serving traditional food with some new ideas of side dishes! Definitely a good place to try! Super delicious!

A grocery store that has been in business since the Edo period runs an udon store. The soup stock and udon noodles are well balanced, and you will never get tired of eating them. There is also a wide variety of izakaya (Japanese style pubs) on the menu, so it is a good way to fill your stomach with something other than udon and finish with udon. This area is the tourist hotel district of Ginza, and I highly recommend this restaurant to foreigners who are tired of eating various kinds of Japanese food.

One of my favorite finds during this trip to Tokyo. Cash only, and you can tell that it is a popular spot with all the salary men and locals that flooded this restaurant around noon. I ordered the curry udon and it is a serve yourself for the tempura prior to paying at the end. I wish I got another piece of the oyster tempura, surprisingly very good!
