Happy Beef Curry

It was a rainy night when we dined here. Ordering was via their tablet. It has English language option but for first timers, it's better to ask the staff for assistance. The staff were very helpful and our orders were placed in no time. Meals are highly customizable. You can mix and match that's why do not be afraid to ask. The beef curry was delicious and service was fast.

Review for Tourist 1. Soul food! Great meal to have during the cool night, before you head to Don Quijote and spend 2hours there haha. 2. Has English menu. Food is served fast and fresh. Japanese curry isn’t exactly ‘spicy’ so if you’re the type that wants to have some real spicy kick, add the spicyness level a couple of notches up. 3. Didn’t get to try the spaghetti curry. Will add that to my bucket list next time I visit here.

The portions are very generous, especially if you add extra vegetables (see photos). I ordered the chicken cutlet curry with level 1 spiciness and extra vegetables. The cutlet was slightly dry but overall acceptable. I did not like the taste of the beef in the curry and felt that the double meat was an overload of food (possibly also my mistake). For a chain-style restaurant, the food is decent. It’s quite a heavy dish, so I wouldn’t recommend ordering a large portion — the mistake I made. The ordering system is a bit frustrating to use. If you want to change anything (spice level, rice amount, sides, etc.), you can’t simply edit the order and have to delete it and start again. The atmosphere is what you’d expect from a typical chain restaurant.

Location in asakusa accross the uniqlo tokyo rakutenchi building, Atmosphere quite good and not curry smell in eating area. For Curry lover, you might like this, i ordered double taste, butter and normal, plus topping pork cutlets and soft boiled egg. Both curry taste amazing, cutlet also crispy, but the fried onion topping a little bit fluffy not crunchy at all, pickel also nice Service nice, even the waiter help non Japanese customer to choose the menu. All total 1628 yen, i think worth for the set that order. I come around 3 pm, so not many people, very short waiting time. For english reader, please move the menu until the right end, coz even thought you change the language the menu will not change into english. Its Software errors

The food was perfectly cooked and steaming hot. The chicken cutlet is amazingly crispy but yet still juicy and the beef curry is super flavourful. The prices are very reasonable and the service is top notch. Definitely going again!
