We 6 people came to this restaurant. We all are very happy with the food and the service. Mr Jiang speaks English and helps a lot. Amazing dining experience. Will definitely come back if we visit Kyoto.
Food was okay for the price. Ruined experience because the girl at the food serving counter told me to pay, I paid, went back to get my things because they are too bulky to stand around and pay, and SHE ACCUSED ME OF NOT PAYING. Her workstation is literally in front of the payment machine so if it's her job to tell me to pay then she should watch over it. Just because im a FOREIGNER
Affordable and delicious yakiniku eatery. The set meal comes with meat, rice, soup and kimichi. The wagyu beef ribs is the best; the restaurant limits the amount each customer is able to order. I got the Sakura set ¥2980 with lemon sour drink ¥460 and an extra half plate of wagyu beef ribs ¥740. Would definitely return to have another meal here. The chair for the single seater diner area is fixed to the ground and there is limited space to place your belongings on the floor. I placed my thick winter coat on my lap.
This place is a little different from the Yakiniku LIKE of Tokyo. They have a system where you order on the tablet, and instead of your food being delivered to you, you pick it up with your number card on your tablet. You just show them the number on the card but keep the card to use it to pay later when you are done with your meal. The water and cup are self-service behind you instead of being at each individual table. If you come in happy hour time, the rice is free refill. Very affordable, taste great, server acknowledge and greet you when you come in and when you leave. Very good solo bbq experience.

If you don't have anyone to go have yakiniku with but you would like to have it, this place is definitely the one. The food was delicious and will definitely come back some time in the future.
