Our lunch at this eel restaurant in Kyoto was simply outstanding. The atmosphere was welcoming and authentic, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The eel was incredibly delicious—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. This meal was the highlight of our trip to Kyoto. Eel is decent, but it's just crispy - not juicy nor chewy. Super tasty, attentive service, but not the best unagi.
